Capture (verb): To record accurately in words or pictures
I remember dusting off old shoe boxes and finding photos that my parents took, printed, and collected over the years. My mama’s days of being pregnant with me, annual Halloween costumes, a nap on my dad’s shoulder, vacations I don’t even remember. It was in those 4x6 images and polaroids that captured sweet passing moments; moments where time was stopped. Memories come along with us but fade over time; pictures echo those feelings we once felt and honor those memories.
Although I can’t physically stop time because that would make me a wizard, but I can help you to capture those moments you want to cherish. Those moments where you wish you could freeze time. A slow Sunday afternoon, a rainy day inside, newborn’s first bath. A smile, a touch, a hug. Those elements of connection that help us all feel just a little more—together.
Feel connection. Capture time. Honor nostalgia.
